About The Harrilal Foundation
The Harrilal Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering communities through compassion, inclusion, and mental wellness. Founded by Kevin Harrilal, the Foundation was built on the belief that true change begins with empathy and that every person deserves access to care, respect, and opportunity.
Rather than creating new programs, The Harrilal Foundation strengthens and sustains organizations already making an impact. Through targeted grants, advocacy, and strategic partnerships, we support initiatives that uplift LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, seniors, and adolescents providing resources that enhance mental health access, community connection, and holistic well-being.
At its heart, the Foundation exists to amplify those who serve others, helping compassionate leaders and grassroots organizations reach further, heal deeper, and create lasting change. Together, we’re building a future where dignity and hope are not privileges, but shared rights for all.

My name is Kevin Harrilal, and I founded The Harrilal Foundation to honor the belief that compassion, inclusion, and opportunity should be accessible to everyone especially those whose voices are often overlooked.
Through my work in mental health, community development, and advocacy, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of investing in people and the organizations that serve them. This foundation was created to extend that mission supporting initiatives that strengthen mental health access, empower LGBTQ+ youth, honor our veterans, enhance geriatric care, and uplift adolescents striving for a better future.
